I’ve been going to since 2010 and have found the staff to be friendly and helpful - ie you can exchange your old Markham blue bin for a new one.Great location too, being near McDonalds and the Community Centre.

Overall a great experience, however it's hit or miss depending on the person who is managing the location. The lady there on Jan 30 was quite rude. Not just to me but I saw her talking to people in general and honestly her behavior sucks.I've been here a few times and all the other folks are a pleasure to talk to.
