I’ve been ordering grocery here for many months. They just can’t fill an order. For some reason; they won’t read notes, don’t call to go over subs, can’t deliver in time window, substitute odd items, select rotten produce, and generally don’t care - even a little. The bigger IGA stores, at least have inventory. Avoid this store for any delivery orders, they are grossly incompetent.

Never have what you are looking for, supposedly don't price match, young employees that don't know too much or simply don't care...too bad!

IGA might be a little more expensive, but they do carry different products that make it worth it. I know that some products are only available at IGA (if I don’t want to drive far).What has also been surprising is how they treat their team. My kid was hired quite a while ago and it is impressive how the owner (or whoever the fellow is that is managing the place) is available if there is an issue with his team. My kid is learning a lot about being adaptable as a leader and I am glad this fellow is around to set the example.

Fantastic butcher! I wanted a specific cut of meat, it was in stock, and he prepared it for me wonderfully! I really like it when staff are knowledgable and interact with customers, taking interest in their products and educating us.When I got to the cash, I didn't have to wait long. The cashier was pleasant, fully bilingual and really proud of the store. I really appreciate that there were 'bag-boys' to pack-up my stuff and they knew not to pack cans with my veggie and bread products. I had to leave him a tip for doing such a good job.Think I have found my new grocery store!

I really like IGA to find specialty products that you do not find in the discount grocery stores. Wish they had more gluten free products.

Consistent 5 star ratings for a very good reason. Store is very clean and very well laid out. Shelves are always well stocked, and there's always someone around to help. Staff at checkout are always very friendly as well. This is one grocery store I really enjoy shopping at.
