Trio On Belmont-A

Very nice staff and they maintain the property nicely. I would’ve given a 5 star, but they really need to do something about the parking situation. The lots are often full, and not just on occasions where people may be having company, so it would be expected. Even on a quiet Sunday, there is no parking, and I have a suspicion that outsiders, or even possibly some residents, are taking advantage of the unmonitored parking spaces. It can be frustrating to have guests over who can’t find parking.

I lived here for 1.5 years and it was a great transition home for me as I searched for a condo to buy. The building is so clean and well maintained. Ashley inthe office is fantastic. So organized and has a friendly smile for everyone.

Management is incredibly helpful. Ashley and Jocelyn keep things running smoothly- they are friendly and professional and make you feel at home. Units are gorgeous. Balconies are safe enough even for a little child. Always clean and tidy and welcoming. Trio on Belmont is worth the price you pay.

Should have known this place had issues. Many issues. Looks good on the surface but even during our showings 2 years ago I heard two tenants complain that nothing gets fixed. I rented what I thought was the BEST unit in the entire place. Penthouse with a patio next to it. Patio was shut down a week after I rented. Closed during winter and was NEVER disclosed to us. Big heating and cooling problems due to walls uninsulated. We could hear tenants in floor below us AND into the social room LOUDLY using the bathroom. WORST part? Our neighbor asked us if they had fixed any of these problems after last tenant moved out. They KNEW! (#1405) Up until we moved out the manager was a nasty hag and owed us money for cleaning. They walked all over our apartment with salt water shoes on during a showing. EVERY SINGLE ROOM had to be cleaned at 11pm after a hard day at work. She told us it wasnt a problem, they carry a cash float and would pay for the inconvenience and to invoice her" for the work we did AND agreed on price in her office then made excuses about why the $$ wasnt coming. Amazing management & team. People here are very nice. Apartment qualifies are high & well isolated so no noise can be heard. The quality of the finishing inside the units is great. I haven’t seen a better place than these apartments. Quiet, great staff and amazing place to live

Wonderful apartments that have a condo-style. A mix of seniors and young professionals in each building gives it a nice touch of being 'home'. My unit is facing the parking and I barely hear any noise. Staff is super friendly and professional, always busy (but I do not blame them!). It does take them sometime to respond to issues but not the urgent ones, which is okay. This was my first rent in Canada and I am so glad we made the decision to come to Trio. A bit expensive but it is worth it. Thanks a lot to all the wonderful team.

I'm amazed to see some negative reviews - my experience has been exceptional. From the initial viewing to moving in, and then living here for almost two and a half years there is absolutely nothing that I can be critical of. Quiet neighbours and an incredibly helpful management team and support staff have combined to make living here pleasurable and problem free. The support given to me by the management team during COVID was sensational and everything they do has made this feel like home.

After being a home owner for over 20 years, my experience at living as a renter at the Trios on Belmont was amazing. If I could have rented to own, I would. Beautiful condo style buildings and units. Very well thought out. Higher end finishes, fittings, fixtures and appliances. Comfortable, modern, and up to date decor.To top it off, the staff were all phenomenal. Very friendly, knew everyone and their dogs by name!! If there was a need for service, they addressed it immediately. The staff cleaned everyday, inside and out. Grounds were kept beautifully, in all weather. Only reason I moved out, was due to a relocation out of province. If I come back, I will call ahead and rent at Trios on Belmont again!!

Lived here for a little over a year, the place is nice but the place is situated in a very poor neighborhood where I don't always feel safe walking outside alone. Bikes have been stolen multiple times outside so bring yours in your unit. Prices are fair but expect ~$50 increase in rent per year. Parking was super expensive, $200 for two spots which wasn't in the most convenient spot. The staff is friendly but could be more professional and knowledgeable. My rental paperwork was lost by the staff multiple times, staff came un-announced and did not give official 24h notice of unit entry at some times. I was incorrectly charged twice for rent/parking, and multiple urgent e-mails or requests went unanswered for days until I actually talked to them in person which is inconvenient for me for my working hours.. I called a few times in the night for maintenance and to report theft and the staff was sleeping when I called both times and I never got a follow-up which shows they weren't paying attention and probably fell back asleep.Overall a nice place but for me personally the professionalism and errors (which were blamed on me and which I had to pay) of the staff and the very out of place neighborhood that the place is there made me leave.

I just moved into this amazing apartment building. The staff are super friendly, especially Jocelyn Dradosits, the senior resident manager. She was very welcoming and did my application in hours, Stan was super helpful too. I moved in the next day, and they welcomed me with a wonderful blanket as a gift.The property is one of the most kept properties in Southern Ontario, if you ask me. The interior is like brand new, very clean, just as you see them on the the ad pictures, what you see is what you get. By the way I got the best parking spot, I can see my car from my balcony. If there is a 6 star i will give it to them.
