A horrible customer experience. The staff are most condescending and unprofessional. An utter disgrace for a pharmacy. Stay far away if you can from this Ubay Aziz Pharmacy Ltd, especially pharmacist A. Abdullah. No wonder professional immigrants need to jump through so many hoops. This is a 1 star rating because there's no zero. Shoppers drug mart (store # 1426) need to do better or risk tarnishing their image.

I wish I could give this store 0 stars because they deserve it. Unprofessional, arrogant and extremely disrespectful supervisor who definitely lacks basic manners. The manager of the store is another example of how bad the Management can be. To the dearest manager (for the lack of a better word) you should have basic manners and knowledge of how to operate the store rather than teaching the customers of what to do and what not.You deserve to be sued and my proofs are enough for it. Be thankful that I did not sue you for what you did today, shoppers drugmart.

I wish I could give this pharmacy zero stars. Worst pharmacy ever. I have now made to complaint to head office regarding this pharmacist. Staff is very unorganized the owner is extremely rude. They never pick up the phone when you call. Never got one of my children’s meds when I went to pick them up. I realized when I got home so I called and pharmacist told me they have in the system I got it and will not release anymore meds to my son. So now his leaving my son at risk. when I tried to tell him how horrific his staff is he told me to take my prescriptions to another pharmacy and I complain too much. Can’t understand how this man still has this store.

Worst pharmacy ever. They never can give your medication on the time that promised you. Even if you get back after a day, you still have to wait. The staff nemed Mohammed is rude. He starts saying what" instead of "how can I help you?". Can you imagine you are going to the pharmacy and the staff say "hi"

The most horrible pharmacy service. EVER!They make you waste your time and money. Also, check the expiration date of your medication!The pharmacists are really BAD!

The writing it with a broken heart I just moved to Oshawa and lost my medication. Went to pharmacist at this location. He did not even make a single attempt to call my pharmacy or do anything. He just said we need a proof and asked me to go back and bring one and said we are closing in 10 minutes.I called my pharmacy and they tried calling this pharmacy in Oshawa, he was standing in front of me and did not pick up the call.he just knew that I’m new to Oshwa so he thought that I might not know anything about how it works. I went to other shoppers just like 2.5 km away from this location and the pharmacist there was super friendly he called my pharmacy, gave me my renewal right away Even more than that what I asked for it’s just another experience which makes me feel that freshers are much more deserving than experienced people who’ve been working for 40 years they’re just frustrated and not willing to help.

This pharmacy is very busy because of its location across from 2 post-secondary institutions. It is disorganized and seems to lack leadership from a pharmacy professional who genuinely cares about customer service. I used this pharmacy for 9 months and am going back to my old one, despite the extra drive, because there are issues with virtually every transaction. They claimed they didn't receive a fax from my doctor, delaying the filling of a prescription by 7 days, and leading to a worsening symptom; prescriptions aren't always ready even when they send text messages saying they're ready; and they seem to be understaffed because they rarely answer the phone. I have stubbornly spent as long as 20 minutes on hold before finally hanging up.Frankly, I suggest using another pharmacy.

Do not get any form of passport or immigration photos here. They will not be done correctly.I got these done back in Feb, and my application came back earlier due to error with photos.I went to get them redone as per the person that did the photos advised if photos are rejected they can do them.I spent $30 getting these photos and they are useless.Customer service that I spoke with doesn’t care.

Can’t believe the staff is so unorganized. One full hour wait for my prescription and they never seem to know what’s going on. They are always behind or confused. I would highly recommend other pharmacies if you can avoid this one. Is like the were PROUD of being slow.
