Far from Karen, I tend to post only positive reviews. However, I feel compelled to share my experience with this perennial underperformer of a Starbucks.Delivering consistently lethargic service compared to other locations, this Starbucks is plagued by poor organization, coaching and staffing. Even with a complement of four to six employees and a line-up comprising one or two customers, you will usually find yourself waiting at least three to five minutes in line before the cashier rings you in (and another five minutes plus for your bar drink, depending on the day). Baristas mill about aimlessly, chatting with each other while supervisors study binders with little regard to deployment or queue management. While two or three employees demonstrate a customer-centric attitude, most appear lost at sea on their maiden voyage into the workplace.As the only coffeeshop in the neighbourhood, this place has a captive clientele and therefore little incentive to improve. However, the service experience is a far cry from that of others in the area and undermines the brand. I would love to see a proper Italian cafe open up down the street and completely bleed this place of business. Avoid at all costs.

Waited 10 minutes for a sandwich I had to remind them to make, but it turns out they actually never had in stock. Maybe if they spent as much time focused on customer orders and their products instead of singing Taylor Swift while working they wouldn't waste their customers' time. This isn't sarcasm. That is actually what was going on.

Convenient as it’s close by. They have spacious outdoor patio with sunroof where you can chill, however it’s not always clean.

It’s not too busy in the morning as most people order in advance via app and are just coming to pick up their coffee. It has a pretty good area for people who would like to dine in or do some stuff while killing time. Windows are big giving you a view of Rutherford road. Staff are friendly and attend to your orders really fast.

This location wait times is rather long for both drive thru and in store.Seating is ok but not very comfy.The overall cleanliness for both seating / dining area and washroom need improvement.Food items tend to be out of stock rather often.

This is my new favorite Starbucks ! The Lady who served me, red plaid top, red hair. She had the best people skills in any Starbucks I have ever been to, Canada, USA, China. Amazing smile and personality. Her drinks were perfect !! Give her a big raise.

Can get quite busy from time to time, but service is overall very good. Only issue is there are younger children at times making the space quite noisy.

I just sat down for like 10 min with my coffee almost full, and opened my laptop, here came a girl told me that they have 30min policy that I am only allowed to sit here for 30 min and after 30 min they gonna collect the chairs. I have been to many locations of Starbucks and yet many other coffee shop, it’s actually the first time I learn the policy. And if it’s rush hour I can understand, it 2 pm on a Wednesday, the store is almost empty . It’s the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had
