Got two screens replaced there. For me and my son. Limited income. Both screens fell out in a few weeks, tried to contact them , but there is no phone number that anyone will answer . The local kiosk was closed due to covid. The Montreal phone number went no where. Total rip off

Awful service. Just went in with a brand new phone still had plastic on the screen. He used a dirty wipe that left streaks all over the screen before applying the screen protector. I asked before he put it on if he had a clean cloth, he ignored me, put it on then I asked again if he was going to clean it properly and put a new one on. Proceeded to hand me a new clean cloth and another screen protector which he wanted to charge me for the second one. Will not be returning again. Guy who used to work there would do it properly, alcohol wipe and dust sticker the screen so it was perfectly clear. I use my phone to design tattoos on, streaks all over the screen UNDER the screen protector make the stylus almost unusable.

Bought a screen protector around lunch time today. It fell off by 6pm (literally fell off when I took the phone away from my ear after the first 5 minute phone call I made after this was put on). Screen protector was barely even sticky, so I'm not sure how it was supposed to stay on to begin with.

While they were helpful, they were a little too helpful. My husband asked if they carried tempered glass to fit his phone, and rather than giving us an answer, he took the phone, removed the current glass, and replaced it - with glass that doesn't even fit the phone completely. All without giving us a price before removing and replacing the glass. If you absolutely need something, they seem to have a good selection, but be prepared to have a sale basically forced upon you.

My iPhone screen randomly stopped working today, I went to this shop to see if they knew how to fix my phone, the man there looked at my phone for 10 seconds, tapped on the screen then told me then entire screen was broken underneath and needed to be replaced and that it would cost 600$ plus tax, thank the lord he didn’t have my phone screen in stock because when I went to the bell store beside him the man there said he has a quick fix, press the volume up bottom then volume down button then hold the power button, my phone turned off then back on and was perfectly fine after this, bless the man at bell for saving my hundreds of dollars

I had my damaged screen protector replaced very quickly, I returned later for a screen protector for a tablet, unfortunately they didn't have proper one but managed to make one work on my request.Excellent service, I'll return.

Used to be a amazing company until recently a new guy started running the place and has gone to worst company ever. I recently took my phone in for a warranty repair. The guy working smashed the back of my phone . Didn't even bother to tell me just put my case on like it didn't even happen. Roger's sent me back for them to fix it again , again took my phone their and this time they managed to break the charging port. 3 weeks later Roger's said the damage they did to my phone was unfixable and gave me a new phone
