Blainville Mitsubishi

I went to test drive a car. It was already sold and I was offered another car, which I found nice that I was given an option. The option was out of my budget. I went to ask for my keys so I could leave and the director was not happy. I left and I even got yelled at by the sales director . I’m pretty sure I am not the first or the last client that has been treated this way by this person . The sales person was super nice, and the lady that set up the meeting was super nice which tells me that it is not Mitsubishi’s fault. It might only be a problem with this director that can’t treat a customer that way. I would have returned to by a car. I am for sure going to another Mitsubishi because I really loved the car.

Shockingly bad experience! Had an appointment to test drive a used car and they sold the car out from under me 2 hours before my appointment. Worse they said their system for appointments was not capable of communicating between 3 sales people. Three. God help them if they ever have 4. So many other points of frustration dealing with theses salesmen. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Oh...and then they blamed it on Covid-19.

Love love the service I received from frederic C. However I did not leave with a new vehicle, I strongly suggest to go see him as he worked hard for u to give you the best price and satisfaction . Dealership very clean good old days customer service from entering the dealership to the setting. Pleasing ambiance . I was not paid for this review , it's my honest opinion
