Excellent service! I have moved a few times across Canada and this moving Company was by far the BEST. Hercules was professional, prices were as quoted. Particularly Simon C. who gave me all the details, was flexible with the available dates to pick up/delivery. Our items arrived and not one thing was lost or broken. All my emails and inquiries were answered in a very timely manner. I'll use their services again and I highly recommend them!

Can’t say enough good things! I worked with Jasleen to coordinate my cross country (Toronto to Calgary) move last month. She was amazingly patient and was thorough and provided me all the options available for what I was looking for. Day of the move was also smooth and very fast but careful! When items arrived, everything was smooth and even though it took a bit longer than the initial quoted date, everything was in good condition. Thank you Jasleen and Hercules!

Very bad experience with them even don't want to give 1 star rating as I got my stuff delivered with 2 boxes damaged. However, the drivers are so unprofessional. They told us that we should get a box for lamp which will cost us $20 otherwise we will be responsible for anything happening to it. They driver who went to deliver asked us to pay $50 for this. The driver who went to deliver stuff was so rude early in the morning. Honestly my brother asked him if he want the money before or after delivery driver said its okay what does that mean. After than he started shouting for not paying him and that was when he moved half of the stuff. He could have asked politely. my brother said you want money you just take it and gave money to the driver he than commented that you sit here like a boss and we are working i mean didnt we pay for that. He was so rude to me on phone as well. He does not even understand simple english and made our morning a very horrible one. Till this morning our experience was awesome with those guys but this guy( DOM)just did his best to destroy the image of your company!! We tried calling the company number as well but no one answered the call.

Hercules did an excellent job moving our piano from one home to another. The movers were prompt and courteous and they did a flawless job for a very fair price. Communication was ongoing and exemplary. Would highly recommend.

My car shipment is delayed and it has already been over a month now. I have already spent so much money on transportation without my car. I have given you guys over $4500 business and also gave your reference to my friend who gave you $2500 business.I am extremely disappointed with your service guys after i called you multiple times you guys blamed it on 3rd party and mentioned nothing is in your hands. I have emailed claim department few times but they are not willing to give any compensation for the delay. I paid full amount to you I don't care how you deal with 3rd party. You should communicate with your customers and keep them up to date regarding the shipment and do regular follow up. I should not be writing this email and calling you multiple times.I am willing to wait little more but please refund some of my money since you have not only wasted my time and money you have ruined all my summer planning and mental peace.

Hercules Moving Company made our moving day perfect. We have moved a lot through the years and Thomas and Pervin were the best. They were fast, efficient and courteous and were so careful with our belongings. If we ever need to move again in the future, we would absolutely use this moving company; we would recommend them 10/10. 5 Stars from us!!

The move was done with care they covered all valued items for extra protection. They delivered sooner then expected was open to change and so far not finding anything damaged. I honestly believe that you have to pack properly to also help avoid damage. It would have been hard for them to damage my stuff but everything is good did cross country move to top it off
