Excellent service at store 45, I purchased a car stereo at the car audio department and discovered a part was missing (no fault of the store) the manager Mark Konn was very understanding and professional. The store is welled stocked and the customer service is top notch.

Godfrey helped me navigate the complexities of modern technology and make the best decision for me. He literally spent hours with me, teaching me, asking questions, and helping me find exactly what I wanted. A few months later, and I am still so happy I dropped in to chat with Godfrey. I can honestly recommend him if you want honest and kind help. I have even called him for advice since the purchase as he is so especially kind and helpful with questions about technology. I visited a lot of shops before I made a purchase, and I wouldn't hesitate to return to buy from Godfrey at Visions again in the future. Thank you, G! Never will I shop at this store again.Bought a product, it was defective waited three weeks for a replacement. Replacement never came, so went in and got my money back expect for $5.00. Not a full refund, because the item was purchased online. When you buy on online they say you get a $5 bonus card but your actual paying for it. I never used the bonus card. but still the store would not refund the full purchase price. Shame on visions for charge me $5 for your defective products. Scammers

By far the best Electronics store in town. I have always received great advice and they always strive to work within my budget giving me options of products that would suit.I have purchased everything from this store - Headphones, TV's, Soundbars, Vehicle Starters, and recently a portable AC.Steve has always gone above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and I was satisfied with my decision. I even had to exchange an item that was defective and there was no issues.This is my go to store! Thank you Steve and crew for always going the extra mile!

Bought a TV, extended warranty. reciept said to hold the box for 24 hours incase needed to return for defects. chucked it after a couple weeks. TV Died within the 30 day satifaction garantee. brought it back and they said i needed to pay a $299 restocking fee because i didnt have the box. Yes apparently they restock dead TVs? anyways i paid it, because they left me no choice, i will never shop there again, will be going to Stereo Warehouse tomorrow.

I consulted visions to get what I needed for a home theatre room. I had a fairly long list of pieces that I needed which, for a home theatre, can be very costly. Godfrey was tremendously helpful. He started by providing me with all the information I needed to give me an understanding of what to look for, he provided me with multiple options and recommendations on a variety of products, including best value for the dollar, which was greatly appreciated. As most projects tend to go, I found that I needed more than I initially thought, and Godfrey was very helpful at answering all of my many questions, even on his days off. He ultimately helped me get everything I needed at the best price I could get, and I now have an outstanding theatre room. Godfrey was extremely helpful, professional and polite, and I look forward to dealing with him again in the future.

I've purchased more electronics from visions than I can count over the years. From home entertainment to car remote starters, camera lenses, drones, TVS.Every time I've been there Steve and his team have made me feel like a valued customer and friend. No pressure sales and great knowledge of the product and matching it to my needs.Amazing people, great location. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I would give 6 stars if I could! Steve was amazing. Great service. Employees seemed to be enjoying work as well. Will be back again.
