Amazing customer service and was able to get a Steelcase Leap chair for a fraction of the original cost in great condition. They even offer a delivery service for an extra fee, but it's worth it considering the deal you're getting. Would definitely recommend to a friend or co-worker.

After seeing their ads on Kijiji on the Steelcase Leap chair, I messaged Metropolitan Office Interiors. Vanessa was the one who helped me. She was quick to call me back and answered all my questions. The chair was in perfect condition, as described by their ads. If you need discounted office furniture, this is the place to go! I would definitely go back.

Drove out 45 minutes as I saw on their company site that the Aeron Millers were selling at 450$. Got there and was told no it’s $550, wouldn’t budge whatsoever even though it was clearly showed 450 on the images. Was told that picture was super old and not sure why the boss never changed it. Wouldn’t call him to see if something can be done. You would think they would atleast meet halfway. Didn’t leave a great impression at all, I did end up buying the chair as I had already driven out but not sure I’d buy another. Overall the staff member was friendly, sorry don’t have the name. I am just thankful I did my research on my own beforehand so I knew what I was looking for.
