Have been dealing with Neal for several years, always prompt service and good advice. Recently had a fatal crash and Neal recovered ALL of our data and set us up with a reconditioned tower in very short time and at a reasonable cost. We would recommend him highly.

I came to Neil to fix a laptop that would not start up properly. After giving him a quick description he let me know it was likely a critical failure and that given the age of the laptop it would be more economical to replace it completely.
