I got accused. .no I was told I stole from here and was called a thief and that I was a piece of fu@#ing garbage that wasn't welcome in the store anymore" by the manager in front of other staff and in front of other customers... more like he was yelling all of this at me

Deena from the Showroom is very quick to assist and answer questions and most importantly had our favourite one piece MAAX shower/tub in stock. The roof piece didn’t come with this one but we will live with that for the within 24hours order and delivery. Thank you again!

Not good. Order was suppose to be ready but was not even picked yet.I was the only customer there at that time at least 3 Bird Stairs employees there but sent the new guy to pick the order by himself .Almost 40 minutes later had my order loaded and left.Your service is usually far better.
