Was asked if I wanted my sub toasted I said no. The lady asked again, I said no. Then she proceeded to put my sub in the toaster. I told her nicely that I didn't want it toasted and she got aggressive about it. She made me a new one but had the biggest attitude about it. I hate complaining but I really did not want it toasted. Listen to people and you won't have to remake sandwiches. Also drop the attitudes, there's no need for that.

I ordered a 6 inch Italian herbs & cheese and there was hair in the bun. It even tasted worse. I got that to take out and I was getting late for work that’s why I didn’t go back there but i had the worst experience

Used to love this location at lunch time during work however the last couple times have been horrible. The 2 newer ladies are extremely rude. They charge a different price for the same sub the last couple times. I would love to see the other girls back they are very pleasant.

The lady serving was so patient with the older couple that was in front on me ordering.They were having trouble hearing and understanding.Such amazing customer service. Above and beyond

I was in the mall around 3pm and the servers were very rude. The guy threw my sub on the table and said something to the woman in their language, then she ignored me when I said thank you and didn’t give me my receipts. And what is it with SubWay wanting Tips? You are not a restaurant, those serving are not bringing my food to my table, this is ridiculous.

Food is ok but CS os severely lacking. The girl who served me (Maltek)could not have been more disgustingly rude. I asked a question about soup and she rolled her eyes and told me no. The speak a different language amongst themselves and I'm sure they are talking about customers as they gesture and laugh.Pls hire ppl who have some level of decent CS and not immature children

Customer service was poor. One punjabi boy who was serving us, didn’t have manners to talk with customers. First go and learn if customer is asking something, you’ve to clarify that. No matter people belong to your community or not. Don’t try to be superior than others.

specific bread was not available. southwest avocado cheese steak sub was just a cheese steak sub.after confronting we got a cup of avocado and should build it by our own. the southwest part have been skipped by the staff.
