They have signs directing international passengers to connections. Walked all the way there. Nope. NOT for flights from Mexico. Had to walk all the way back and then another long walk to my flight. Grrrrr!

Such a huge airport. I enjoyed the carve stones by the Indian natives. It is displayed along the hallways. Mermezing. Such a beautiful artwork. It took us a while to get to our connecting flight from one gate to another. Staff are kind and helpful. There are lots of shops cafes and gift stores.

The employee at the Hertz desk was very impolite. Totally unacceptable. He gave to me up to 3 different cars that did not have GPS, none of them. And that was my requirement when I booked the car. With very Bad Manners. And When I tried to return the third one, he had closed the shop and gone home, whilst the rest were open. I had to go back to the airport, next morning again for the car I had booked. With this type of service I WILL NEVER EVER RENT A CAR IN HERTZ ANYWHERE.

Whilst the car in itself was a good car, we were very surprised and disappointed to find that it had not be valeted. The car was dirty inside and out. We found the previous occupiers rubbish in the car. Not impressed and would not use this company again.

We used the jet park valet service, and it was awesome. We fumbled with our reservation while the clerk found our license plate input it on the system and brought up our reservation. Super helpful. Yvr has all sorts of stores and food places.
