There is absolutely nothing bad I can say about Ricardo. He is honest, professional and knows exactly what needs to be done. He replaced my 2 toilets, charged me what we discussed, took the old ones away, removed the boxes and even gave a follow up call to make sure everything was working properly. On June 3, 2020 we called for assistance with a sump pump blockage. The first company was here for over 2hrs without fixing the problem. This company called out Clear Pipes LTD and Ricardo arrived a short time later. He was professional, friendly and most importantly fixed our issue quickly. He also went over and above checking all other drains to insure he had checked every possible issue so we would be clog free. We would highly highly recommend Ricardo and Clear Pipes LTD. Richardo was recommended by my HVAC contractor when I had a sewer back up. He was able to come that evening and within an hour of my call. The blockage was cleared quickly and the cost was very reasonable. Richardo was very professional and friendly! He knows his stuff and will treat you right! I highly recommend his service.

Ricardo was friendly and professional at the same time. He unclogged the kitchen sink really fast and did not try to sell me additional stuff to maintain the drain. Rather he suggested easy way to maintain the drain which I found quite refreshing as in the past I have been suggested/sold expensive stuff to maintain the drains in my house.
