So I get a 4 star review from the owner rather than them asking why only 4 stars? 0 sense. Here is what happened. Ordered 3 original with Bacon n Cheese. 2 of 3 did not have bacon. The toppings were incorrect and half the toppings were missing on one. All 3 combos along with pies were jammed into 1 take out bag. Needless to say everything was flattened out. It is not the first time here for this experience. What I can say is that at least the girl in the drive thru was patient and nice enough to add on to my order.

What can I say about Harvey's that you don't already know if you've eaten there before. The food is always fresh and prepared the way I like it. The service is fast, unless they are super busy, and the staff is very courteous and on top of their orders to make sure you don't have to wait longer than you need to. This location is awesome.

Love the Angus Burger, especially my husband's conditions, at this time using a walker. More spaces to park his walker and our car to Accessible parking. The service is very helpful, friendly, and accommodated for seniors like us . God bless harveys.

I stopped visiting this location for the past year because of poor service but decided to come back and I was pleasantly surprised with the improvements to the store. The staff was very nice and the service was excellent. The new renovations look great! I will definitely be coming back in the future.

First time at this location! And I was very happy with my service and food! By the time I took a picture I was already done my burger and fries. Because they were soo good! So here is a picture of my nuggets! I was passing by in Bradford and wanted some fresh burgers and nuggets so why not harveys. They definitely deserve a 5 star. Great customer service. And food was good. Do check them out if you haven't already. Will come here anytime i pass by Bradford again.

I cannot believe the terrible customer service I was receiving from a restaurant in Canada. I went to place an order at 11:30 pm on Oct 08 2020. I have previously had a bad experience with the two girls that work together before, and they have held a petty grudge against me and recognize my vehicle through the drive thru camera. Rupinder, who to my surprise is a manager, is VERY VERY RUDE and PETTY. When they saw my car at the drive thru window, the tone in the girl's voice was not greeting at all (never experienced this at any other restaurant before). When I pulled up to the window, I sensed the shady attitude as they were smirking and both went to the back and took long to prepare our food, which ended up being cold. I went home to bring the poutines to my mom and brother and when they opened the poutine they were grossed out. The poutine was SOGGY as it was drenched in sauce and gravy and the fries were COLD. I went back to complain and they were BOTH giving me attitude. They told me they can't make my poutine because they have no gravy for the night, which makes no sense, as they could have made more. I have had bad experiences with Rupinder before, but I did not complain to head office as I am a very understanding individual. But today she told me, I was actually waiting for you to complain last time

January 25, 2023 - Harvey’s Bradford is a burgers place to avoid! We ordered at the drive through a Angus cheeseburger combo and a Angus double burger combo. The order was ready almost immediately (we were the only car in the driveway at 1:37 pm) when we tested our food right after driving away, the fries were icy cold and the burgers lukewarm with the cheese unmelted. A total disappointment! I will never again honour them of my business!!!!
