I was in a tough spot, my laptop charging cable was chewed up from my dog and I had a lot of work to get done. 22nd phone and computer fix went over and above with their customer service. There was 3 staff trying to help me find the right charging cable and to top it off, they gave me a sweet deal on top of it. I am very happy with the business and I loved the service! I recommend and will be going back!!

I haven't gotten any of their services done, but I can say that these guys are 100%, some of the kindest store owners that I've ever encountered, they let me print my resume as I walked in the store free of charge, after I offered, with absolutely no complaints or side eyes for inconveniencing them, they seemed genuinely happy to help me and I left feeling warm-hearted.

Truly incredible service!! I don't normally write Google reviews, but I just had to this time. From the moment I called in, I was assisted with nothing but professionalism and by the time I dropped by the shop, I was in-and-out within an hour (he even offered to stay after-hours just to help me). He helped to repair my iPhone XS screen and in the future, I would definitely trust him with any product. He was absolutely humble and such a kind man and which is what single-handedly drew me to him, rather than going somewhere closer to my home location. Definitely will be recommending and coming back to support this business. Many thanks!

They will treat you like family. Brought in a really old iPad and a cracked iPhoneX that o couldn’t get into anymore. They made a great deal and they’ll have customer in the future. Definitely recommend them to anyone selling. Looks like they had lots of great stuff to buy as well, I will definitely think of them first next time in looking to buy.

I am very well assisted by Bill and he gave me a very affordable price for a used iPhone 8 I just bought today. He gave me 15 days warranty in case there will be a problem with the phone. He gave me a very generous deal with freebies on the side. I highly recommend this store. I will be coming back for sure.

I took a smashed phone in for repair on behalf of a client. I explained the situation and our budget limitations, and they were so accommodating! They weren’t able to repair the phone, so instead they sold us an even better phone within our budget.The staff were also very friendly, especially the owner. I was greeted with a sincere, warm smile you don’t often see in customer service. I will definitely be returning for future repairs and phone accessories.
