G’day! I ordered up a four player pack of discs to go with the board I’m making for our son (said we’d build him one two years ago after making cornhole boards for our five kids, plus a set for us) and they arrived in no time, and look great. Know what? Building a proper, full-sized crokinole board costs more than buying a really nice one from Crokinole Canada! Did not see that coming! Anyway, I plan on ordering four board sets come spring for the other four, mostly due to placing an order two days ago (the 19th of Dec.), of some powder, powder shakers, physical instructions, and a four player scorecard, figuring we’d be giving them to our son well after Christmas. Lo and behold, I’m looking at them right now, two days later, with plenty of time to wrap, etc! Awesome customer service and fast response time. Best I’ve experienced in a long time, Covid or not. WOW, I searched for a padded carrying bag for our Pichenotte board and was referred to Ted and Crokinole Canada. It is a beautiful bag, nicely padded and rugged carrying handles. We also got an extra set of colored discs so now we can play with our grandson and his friends and family. We played this amazing game over 50 years ago and here it is again! We also love and appreciate the Gospel literature. Keep up the great work Brother Ted!!

Finally got to order my own board and to my heartache it arrived with the rail busted during shipping. I sent in some photos explaining what happened and Ted (owner i believe?) got back to me extremely quickly. We were able to quickly get all of the details worked out and he had a new board out to me the next day. I expected they would cover their product being damage in shipping but was very impressed by how invested and how quickly Crokinole Canada acted to fix my situation. I'll happily order from them again. The board itself is a Tracey and it plays amazingly. The Discs slide like a piece of butter melting in a pan and even though I'm still a pretty terrible shot I have already pulled off some neat bounces off of the post. I'm excited to get to play it more and I just wanted to give props to Crokinole Canada for not only a good product but great service.
