I was very pleased with the service that I received. Very helpful staff and very knowledgeable. I am also very satisfied with the product I received, I am able to fully engage with my family with out any problems. When I was having issues with my hearing aids I brought them back and they fixed them right away. Have to say I highly recommend this establishment.

Venus and her team of dedicated professionals are both knowledgeable and delightful people. Their prices cannot be beat and the service after purchase is excellent. I was first diagnosed with hearing loss 30 years ago and thus have experience with a few different hearing specialists. I can say without reservation that Venus Ighani, her Clearsound and her very nice staff person provide peerless service. She possesses the kind of empathy, knowledge, intuitiveness and careful attention to best-bang-for-the-buck hearing aid selection that I'm sure every patient in need of auditory devices for their hearing loss hopes to find.

Very unprofessional behavior of the staff. They don't provide proper training and when we ask questions about device usage, the expert was fussing about asking too many questions. Very bad experience and unprofessional, don't waste your time and money with them.
