People seem nice when you first meet them but disturbing behaviour when actually working with them. Screens calls and doesn't answer emails. They don't know what they're doing in terms of financing in Quebec and doesn't honour their agreements, without any logical explanation. THEY JUST SIMPLY IGNORE ALL YOUR REQUESTS TO SPEAK TO THEM!!!! I've never been so badly served and I don't understand how these people come here without knowing how it works and still manage to stay in business. Giving them a one star review is way too generous.

it should be evaluated with 0" but unfortunately the system doesn't have this. it's a shame to have such a financial service institute established in Montreal. never have a person to answer the phone

Doors shut during posted business hours. Only opened by someone inside after a while of waiting and ringing, then was told they didn't offer retail banking services, which their website clearly says they do. Warning to retail customers: if you have to use BoC in Canada, try branches in the GTA. It seems that in Montreal they only have corporate banking now.

Doors were shut during business hour. We came here on Monday at 3pm, waited for 20min and NOBODY inside.This place sucks
