Riverside Nails

I have been to this salon twice now and both times the staff have been very unprofessional. I understand Vietnamese and the lady working on my pedicure spoke unkind and judgemental words about my feet to her coworker the entire time. For this reason, I won’t be returning and do not recommend this salon due to lack of decency and professionalism. They do not have a standard of care and mannerism towards their clients.

Best nail salon in St Albert. Very professional and skilled staff. Lots of color options for shellac and acrylic. Very clean with great atmosphere. Thank you Tye and Linda for always the care you girls take every time I go in. I can not recommend this salon enough. If you are thinking of making an appointment, you can not go wrong.Janine

Figured I’d treat myself as I usually do my own nails. I tired not to be picky and needed a soak off but they ended up just filing them off instead of proper removal. I was kind asking them to put more glue on the tips and for a better shape and kept asking about if they were going to do cuticle work as thats usually what nail salons do and she told me to be patient then ended up doing them after she put the acrylic on. Ended up having to fix them when I went home and they looked like they have been on for a week as proper prep wasn’t done and lifting after 3 days. She was being impatient w me and I didn’t feel comfortable asking for them to fix the rest of the mistakes. Then I got charged for her rushing cutting my cuticles. :(

I LOVE riverside nails!! Have been getting my nails and pedicures done since opening may of 2022. Linda has been doing my nails for a few years and I was ecstatic when she opened her own salon. It’s bright clean and everyone is welcoming. Always listen to what you want and will basically do anything you want and if you’re undecided they will give you lots of ideas. Talented ladies work here. And they work really hard to see all clients who walk in and accommodate you really well when looking for an appointment time!! Def recommend checking them out!

The BEST pedicure I've EVER had. I work all over the city and have very busy days usually so I have tried many different places simply due to time and convenience to wherever I am at that moment. This is around the corner from my new house and after I checked reviews I decided to try to pop in without an appointment. I was able to walk in and was greeted by the super friendly staff. The lady who did my pedicure was very sweet and she went over and above to provide the most relaxing experience possible. The leg and foot rubs were awesome! I will never go anywhere else ever again. Thank you for an unbeatable experience!

Linda is amazing. She is kinda and so knowledgeable. I always leave with my nails looking fabulous.
