I ordered these copper shelf brackets off Etsy for my kitchen. I ordered them based on the Etsy photo on the left. What I got is on the right -- nothing like what was purported. I appreciate the craftsmanship. I just feel the actual is way different than the style I thought I would receive. I originally gave a 1-star review because his return policy was very harsh. He said he did not want hear anything about a different style being received versus anticipated. He has responded that he will help me, so that shows integrity. I should have reached out in the first place, and not interpreted his return policy so harshly. My apologies!
