There is a reason you can find appointments at this clinic. If you've gone once, you'll never go back. I came in with a fairly concerning incident after a video consultation with another doctor that said I should be seen in person.My in-person visit lasted 3 minutes, my questions were dismissed, my prior tests ignored because they were in french (including EKG plots, no language in those), the doctor didn't even take my pulse, listened to my heart or measured my blood pressure.

A neighbour recommendation the clinic. I was there within 30 min and out within 30 when Primary Urgent care had a minimum 2 hr wait. I found all the staff very accommodating despite some irrational clients posing some high stress situations. I found the clinic system to be extremely efficient and the patient care from the treating physician outstanding. Very personable, understanding and hardworking professionals that I will absolutely visit again if I need to.

The Doctors are great but the front desk agents are some of the rudest people you will ever meet. There is one lady I will update her name when I remember but she wears glasses and a lot of Jewelry She is so mean. Doesn't even say thank you, please or sorry and in general extremely rude and bosses people around. Ugh I hope they get some people who can be kind.

The doctor I saw was very kind, but trying to reach this clinic to get my results was insane. I called a total of 12 times, each time being sent to a hold line that then hung up on me. When I finally did get through, the woman put me back on hold, claiming someone else will help you." After another 10 minutes on that hold

The experiences with the doctors so far were fine, just treating you like a customer not a patient. Otherwise, today I came here again because it’s close to my house, but it took almost 1 and half hour just to talk with the doctor. The front desk is not the most friendly as well, they don’t even say Hello good morning, looks like they’re doing a favor for you, not their work.Resuming: Long time waiting with not good and friendly staff. The doctors that i had so far are ok, nothing bad to say, nothing good as well.A suggestion, if you are planning to come to this clinic, come with patience and a lot of free time.

The receptionists never answer the phone and my prescription wasn’t faxed so it’s near impossible to get a hold of them to re fax it. The doctors themselves are great aside from the fact I was told they would call back and they didn’t then the receptionist told me they were gone for the day 20 mins prior to closing. Super unprofessional.

This is my first public review ever for any service because I had never experienced anything outstanding enough in either a good or a bad way to deserves a public review.I felt the need to write this review because I’ve found the doctor’s attitude to be extremely irresponsible.I have a long standing health issue. The doctor simplified it by asking me only 3 questions, commanding me to answer by only one short sentence. When I was taking the time to find an accurate response, he tried to come up with a conclusion before I had the chance to finish the sentence.By the end of the 3 questions he had asked, without a thorough diagnosis, he was ready to prescribe medicine for me, which I had to decline.This was after 2 hours waiting in line.

Tried to charge me $255 to sign a medical waiver that I get annually for boxing BC. First time anyone has ever tried to charge me a penny for it.Didn't let me know ahead of time even though I made them well aware of why I was needing the appointment when I booked.Shady

I would give zero stars if possible, the receptionists are extremely rude, I was in the clinic waiting for my appointment when an elderly man claimed he had a cough and would like to see the doctor, the receptionist handed him and antigen text and asked him to go outside the clinic and do the test before re-entering, he explained he couldn’t read the instructions and he was completely ignored. Another patient ended up assisting him outside and showed him how to use the antigen test, it came back positive and he was treated disgustingly. He was told (very loudly) to leave immediately and he was visibly distressed. It was so upsetting to everyone in the clinic who witnessed this. My own experiences have been awful also! Waiting more than 3 months for results that I was informed would take 2 weeks, the doctor I saw was also very dismissive and showed no compassion at all. I am not one to complain but I really want to share my experience in the hope people will go to a different clinic if possible.

I had a phone consultation with a doctor at the clinic and found him very professional, informative, and helpful.The receptionists at the clinic however, were extremely unprofessional and to an extent rude. The receptionist was having casual side conversations with her colleagues in a different language and laughing, as I was on the phone with her and she was supposed to be looking into something for me. After a long pause, I asked her if she found the information, to which she responded that she was looking into it, which I find difficult to believe since she was having casual side conversations. I provided her with my first and last name. She read allowed to me my entire phone number and health card number to confirm she had the correct account, which doesn't say a lot about confidentiality. The better practice would be to have the caller confirm those details, so confidential information is kept confidential. Eventually we got to the fact that she didn't see the information and said she would text the doctor. There was a second part that I wanted to confirm before she text the doctor and started to follow up with her. She abruptly cut me off and said she would text the doctor and then quickly placed me on hold without asking or advising me. She came back to the phone and I explained that I was attempting to check something else with her before she text the doctor, because if that information was not on the file then she would likely need to confirm those details with the doctor too.Previous to calling, I had emailed the clinic asking, but never heard back.
