Restaurant Impérial (Brossard)
Brand new and clean. Not traditional dim sum place, you have your own QR code, order through the link and the food will bring to your table. They don’t have all the ladies pushing the carts with food like other places. Food serve super fast after your order sent to the kitchen. Overall, food is good, portion is right.

I've only been to Impérial for lunch and it has definitely become my favourite dim sum restaurant in Montreal. Some people might feel more familiar with the ladies pushing the carts at other restaurants but I actually prefer placing my order and having them bring my food out. It's just easier and less noisy this way.Also, on the weekends, it's better to come early in the morning when they open because the lineup can be long. We once came at 11h30 and waited over an hour but it was worth it.The service is always good when we go here. During the ice storm in April, we had an outage at home and they let us charge our devices during our meal, which was super appreciated.

Great for dim sum, NOT the other plates. If you’re going there for sui Mai, rice noodle wraps, dumplings, then this place is great (order from the sui mai section). The soups and main dishes are not very good and kind of bland. The hot and sour soup is not good (missing a lot of flavor). But otherwise dim sum foods are flavourful and delicious

Delicious dim sum, and the portions were quite generous. Mostly hits, with a miss or two. Would recommend going in a bigger group to savour more dishes.Price-wise, it is a comparable or slightly higher than some downtown locations, but the quality and setting outshines the other locations. Service-wise, it is not bad, but it does get quite crowded so the attention may be divided.The ordering system was down at the time we were ordering, but once we were able to get the attention of the service staff, they could process our orders promptly via a manual order form.

I loved everything I ate, which was a lot. Prices are very fair and quality is there. All around a very good experience and very full belly!

Dinner menu* Decent place to gather with friends and family but food is overall mediocre. The beef fried rice and the eggplant dish were the best out of the 11 dishes we ordered. Pekin duck was okay. Parking lot is small thus it is hard to find parking during peak hours on busy days.

Have been here more than 10 times, 3 times for dinner and the rest for dim sum. The food is great, nothing to complain about.Love how big and filled the dumplings are for dim sum, and the fried milk is delicious. The menu could be bigger but every item I’ve tried, I’ve enjoyed. Expect at least a 30 minute wait time for dim sum on the weekend. Service isn’t great, but to be expected.For dinner as well, the food is delicious, although portions are on the smaller side. Would definitely recommend for quality Chinese cuisine!

Great Dim sum! We went there a couple of times already and I've never had a bad experience. Food is great, usually served hot and quickly. Some items do take some time to come to your table, but most of the time, they bring multiple dishes at a time. It's not your traditional dim sum experience where the servers walk around with their cart. Instead, you order through a QR code provided, which I prefer since you get to see all the menu on your phone with pictures of their dishes.
