Scams all around stay away as far away as possible

MR TONY WANG i highly urge you to contact me in regards of the TERRIBLE customer service i recieved from the HEAD manager by the name of Jamie. She fully said to me thats not my problem and i cannot help you" so i said okay i can understand that but may i speak with someone who possibly can like the manager or get someones contact info. She then very rudly responded with "the owner/manager will not speak to clients I personally know him and that's not his job that's my job" is what this lady said to me.I called in asking for a simple question only to get screamed at by the rep. so TONY WANG if you see this message feel free to contact me personally so we can discuss this issue. I will continue to reach out until we speak this is absoutaly unacceptable to only have ONE customer service manager who makes all decisions and one that yells at customers in a very rude tone. I am appalled and i hope you take action to fix this mistake. Thank you and i do look forward to hearing from you."
