Love this location. Very fresh ingredients and the friendly staff take excellent care in making your order exactly the way you want. The salads and smoothies are soo good. Perfect portion sizes as well. Soo many options to choose from. Very happy to have them in our city.

The choices are a plenty. The ingredients be fresh. The staff are exquisite. The prices feel good.Urban cravings is a great place for healthy eating. They have a giant wall full of options for bowls and salads. Within those options are choices for keto. It's one of the only places I've seen offer cauliflower rice as a base which is awesome. It's hard to find a place where you can eat fresh fruits and vegetables and not break the bank but they manage to do it. Even the protein add-ons are well priced. The staff are friendly and energetic. Urban cravings has definitely made my list of places to recommend. Now I just hope they open a location near my house!.

Consistently delicious. The ranch dressing is so so good. Cabo San taco salad is my go-to. Strongly recommend!

I normally get the avocado keto salad but today I decided to try the spicy asian crunch in a spinach wrap and it was INCREDIBLE. I also got my mom the Greek salad. Everything was So fresh and made perfectly. It was busy when I got there but the girls were quick and precise with everyone. I will absolutely be coming back more often.
