Amazing service. They know their products and the installation was excellent. Communication was great and the owner himself came to quote the job. Really spent time with us and gave great advice about choosing colours (having been in the business for decades, he’s seen it all!). You really get the feeling that you’re working with a family business, and the whole experience from start to finish was wonderful.

She was so accomodating with getting us the right sample size, that facilitated our decision with our carpeting needs. Jamil and Jay did our installation and did a great job! Bought a large quantity of their Big Ben luxury vinyl flooring to install on our own. Love the flooring. My only upset and disappointment was I also purchased T-molding to which wasn't great product.paid $140 we ended up putting in real wood molding.Tried to RETURN but they don't accept returns. It took 3 trips to get everything that was ordered. Last time I buy here.

When to store a while back the older couple would rather vacuum the store than serve customer. A young man came over to assist but hard to hear him over the vacuum. How about doing your vacuuming outside of customer hours or at least stop when customers arrive. Went to another large flooring company and was assisted by the owner who was excellent during the purchase, scheduling and installation.

Love Family run businesses! Had our Master Bedroom done with flooring in April. So impressed with the entire experience and everyone that helped make it happen. Brad & Mike were amazing and they came back today to continue the same flooring in the living room and dining room.
