We purchased 3 phones at Costco.Adam looked after us and made sure we received the best deal possible. He was very professional and informative.Adam, thank you It was pleasure meeting you.

Adam was very informative. Their was no pressure or sales pitch. He answered questions. Took the time to walk methrough the features of the two phones I was interested in. He Asked questions on how I would be using the phone and what features I thought would be important. I believe with the time taken we found the right fit ! Nice thing, if it doesn’t work. We have 15 days. Costco has one stop shopping for all the phones needs. I left with everything complete including, screen protect, chargers, ear buds, case and applecare. ! Adam thank you for a positive experience, it was a pleasure doing business with you !

Adam was knowledgeable, polite and thorough. An excellent experience and we will definitely come back when our new phones are needing replacement!

Got 2 new phones on june 27.Elliot seemed friendly and installed screen protectors on phones during data transfer.When we left boxes and old and new phones where in a stack and brought to cash for us to leave with.When we got home we noticed one phone had scratches and damage on the screen protector.Called and was told to bring it in and they would replace it.On june 30 we took phone in and were told we had to wait for an hour for them to do the 5 min replacement of screen protector.Logan seemed to not care about our displeasure of wit and laughed at us.when we noticed nobody getting service for 10 min we questioned the wait and had the glass replaced then.Was not impressed.2 stars...After that Logan was very helpfull with another problem we had and tried to fix it.this changed my opinion to 4 stars..

Marvin and Adam were an amazing help with switching us to a different provider and getting us a great deal with virgin mobile.

Had a fantastic experience at the Barrie Costco. Adam was amazing. He was patient and explained all avenues in great detail so we could make an informed decision on purchasing 2 new iphones. Thank you again and Happy Birthday next May!
