Had to renew an expired health card, and wasn't sure what documents to bring, so brought everything I thought might work. The woman who assisted me was fantastic, patient, and gave me extra information that was very helpful. So happy with the service!!

Friendly staff and quick turn around time as this place is usually less busy compared to most other centers. The location is very convenient as well with ample parking space.

I went in to renew my plate and health card, was in and out in 20 minutes. FYI don't bring your children it will not get you faster service you still have to wait in line.

Every time you get there it is packed. They will not extend hours of operation or hire more people. The hours are until 5pm, I was turned away at 4:30. They are not open on Saturdays. I see my taxes are paying for services I can't even use. Oh take time off work, so not only I pay taxes for services and pay taxes on used vehicles. I have take a personal money loss to do it as well. Than they wonder why people are in a bad mood when they are there.

Lisa was brilliant today, the time she took to make sure the job was done right was above and beyond. All the staff goes above and beyond. A true pleasure to work with. Not enough gold stars to show how amazing they are!!

Closed on Saturdays now, great now I have to take time off work to come I currently # 2 with 30 people ahead of me 2 hour wait. With no place to sit.

Waited in line outside, read all signs posted about what services were and were not provided. Got to a service window to be immediately told they don’t do Health Cards for people who just recently moved, and then the lady directs me to a different location, which was appointment only so needless to say total waste of time which could have been avoided if information on the websites was up to date and clear, and if the employees at the locations actually cared to provide service to the customers instead of just trying to get rid of people as fast as they can.
