Convenient location in New Westminster. Good selection of cars, always get great service. I will definitely use them again.

Enterprise is my favourite car rental agency due to affordability and top quality service. The New Westminster office has exceptional staff that go above & beyond. I highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service and booking system. Particular vehicle showed as available and accepted booking/payment. Called pick up location just to make sure they had it. Person who answered said they did not have that car there and excused situation by blaming slow central computer system.They said we had to individually call each regional location to find a 6 passenger vehicle, even though all phone numbers are funneled to same customer service" center where staff seems confused and is poorly trained. We've made upwards of 10 phone calls trying to see if the vehicle that we had booked on their website physically exists anywhere in our metropolitan area. It turns out there is not one and there goes 3 hours of phone calls to get nothing but redundant and evasive responses.To think that if we didn't call after the confirmed booking we could have shown up to pick it up and be told it was not there. Considering this is a worldwide company it is very sad they have such flaws in their booking system and such a terrible customer service team"

I reserved the largest suv that enterprise offers. I needed this size vehicle because their is 7 of us going skiing, so we need all the seating and room for luggage and ski equipment. I made the reservations online, and I received the confirmation email, so I thought I was all set.I called the new west branch a week or so later to confirm the reservation, and I was told that they do not have that size SUV at that branch, but I could have the smaller size SUV which only seats 5 and has limited trunck space. This would not work for my group.I asked what would have happened if I had shown up with my reservation on the day of my trip? Basically I would have been screwed, and the whole trip ruined.Their only response was that I could call the richmond branch because they have a bigger selection.Enterprise obviously does not know how a reservation works, or don't really care as long as they get your money!Be careful renting a vehicle at enterprise, especially if you need a specific vehicle.

I rented a car from this location and the experience was great. Everyone I spoke to was professional and extremely helpful. I experienced a minor issue which they addressed and resolved quickly. I would definitely rent from this location again.

Charandeep Singh was a pleasure to deal with. Everything went so smoothly from picking up to dropping off. I just wish the parking lot was a little bigger. Charandeep has such a pleasant personality. I felt very welcomed in the office and all my questions were clearly answered by him. This guy deserve a raise for sure. I’m completely satisfied. Thank you Charandeep and always keep that big smile on your face. It lightens up the atmosphere in the tiny office :)

All staff is fully professional and cooperative. I would like to thank Mr. Charandeep singh who grab me a great deal at last minute. I had one booking with another rental but I wasn't satisfied with vehicle they were offering me and I ended up to cancel my booking and came to westminster Enterprises where Mr. Singh has offered me good deal with good vehicle at last moment. I got very good experience here. Kiril Viatkin served me. A very friendly Gentleman. He explained everything to the Car. He gave me and my Brother time to check the Car if there is any Damage. Giving the car back was done in 5 Minutes. Opening hours was only until 5pm. My Car was a so called Compact SUV. I booked online and checked several Times the Dates of Booking. That was no Problem. Imporant to know, you need a special car insurance on your credit Card when you provide a security.
