I don't know what has happened in the 3 years since these glowing reviews were written but what is being described below is definitely not the customer service I am experiencing. Everything started out great in October when we initialized the service. Close to the end of May we opted to bump up the service to a faster speed. We have been charged for this faster speed however we haven't been able to get close to the 15mb/s we are paying for (on average we are getting 5mb/s). I have placed numerous calls and emails and very rarely get a response. When I did finally speak to them 2 weeks ago they told me a miraculous hardware change would be made the next day at the tower. I followed up the next day to inform them that we had not seen any improvement and they told me that the hardware change had been delayed to 2-3 days later.. well we are 2 weeks later and still no improvement and now they don't respond to emails nor phone calls...

excellent service and a staff that cares. They provided high speed internet when Bell did not and could not to my home. Ian the owner is completely reliable and reachable with any questions. A small company with great service!

A rarity: an internet service provider that actually cares. Run by friendly and competent staff. I've been with goZoom for over two years - installation was easy and quick, the two instances of problem since signing was resolved by a quick email from their 'contact us' page, they responded within the hour and resolved the issue within the day - this without being on hold for a single second! I have never once regretted leaving Xplornet.

Just got it today, great service and great staff. I highly recommend them.
