Great gym!!! Big independent gym. All the quality kit you could wish for and the sort of space you would expect from one of the national chains. The passion and expertise that went in to this place is evident. Worlds apart from the JD’s a gym groups of the world. Also have some classes upstairs which are great!

Hands down the best gym i have ever stepped foot in. Amazing kit, amazing staff, super clean and such a great vibe. I love coming here. Ben the owner is constantly trying to find ways of making the gym even better with the latest kit. If you haven't been, you have to try it!

The Unit is an excellent gym. I have been attending here for a few months now and the membership, in my opinion, is very good value for money. The Unit is a professional gym with excellent quality kit. Some classes are included in the membership as well. The gym is always spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly. The gym has a variety of members and essentially is a great place for anyone who loves to work out. You can join online and access the gym via the FitSense app. There is also free parking directly outside. I highly recommend!

Moved here from Pure Gym a year ago now. Honestly the best gym around. Always clean, equipment is top of the range and well maintained and they’re always looking to improve the gym not just set up and leave like most other gyms. Could not recommend enough!

The Unit Saddleworth is top quality, the equipment is top tier! The staff are super friendly especially Charlie going above and beyond, which made the experience that much better. I would definitely recommend to anyone that’s looking to try a new gym.

Fantastic gym with excellent facilities, the staff have so much expertise and are so professional, which has helped me get great results. I love the boxing class too!

The best part about this gym is the most important part which is the gym itself. The equipment, the size the facilities staff and amenities are all top teir. The biggest issue is the digital side, the app is extremely basic and buggy making getting into the gym a dice roll at times, the staff although helpful are jot at the gym 24/7 meaning if you go when they aren't there and can't get in with the awful app you just can't enter the gym which is a tough pill to swallow for 35+ a month. The payment service is a joke, to cancel or change your membership you have to call and speak to a manager and have them do it on their side, which is again difficult when they're not there. If the company would have a decent app and some sort of remote access it would be a near perfect gym.

The unit saddleworth is a really lovely space to use for exercising. I feel at ease when using the gym and that is a really important factor for me as feeling comfortable is key. There is a huge range of equipment to use and the owner Ben is more than happy to facilitate any requests we have for equipment. Changing rooms are of a high standard making it easy to get ready to carry on with my day after a workout the staff are really friendly and incredibly knowledgeable and it helps to make the whole experience enjoyable.Thank you Ben and Team, keep up the fantastic work.
