If I could give zero stars, I would.After my accident in June, my adjuster went off on sick leave and failed to hand my file off. So because of this I was stuck in a rental for 2 months. Yes TWO MONTHS! Then ONLY AFTER I CALLED did they realize NO ONE was working my case.Then they informed me that I’m over my rental coverage and need to pay for the rest?? Because they dropped the ball and didn’t have anyone working on my case? Rachael has been handling my file, and I pray to god you don’t get her.She has the worst customer experience I have ever received in my LIFE, even hanging up on me mid sentence while I was explaining how awfully I’ve been treated. So after contacting her superiors did I finally talk to someone about my case file. It is now FEBRUARY which would be EIGHT MONTHS after my accident, Rachel emails my MOM??? Instead of returning any of my calls or emails.This company is an absolute joke. Save yourself the trouble and if your insurance company uses Crawford, switch. It’s not worth the horrible experience, headache, and now $1,100 that I owe. All over an accident that wasn’t my fault and a company who has absolutely no idea what they’re doing.

If these are the people you are dealing with. RUN FAR FAR AWAY and get new insurance and hold on for the ride. Absolute horrible customer service and communication skills, these people should not be in business

Aviva insurance sent a Crawford representative to our house after a fire. I felt I was a pawn in the middle of some nefarious insurance scam. The sly restoration representative he brought with him tried to convince me that there was 1000's in damage and they both tried very hard to convince me to sign a paper excepting every lie...yes lie...they handed me. I fired them and made the insurance company take responsibility. Remember, when Crawford shows up at your house, the insurance company does'nt want to pay. Crawford works for the insurance providers and the restoration companies, not the insured individual.FYI- the amount of damage went from a possible 7,000.00 plus (easy, according to the first restoration company) to no claim....The insurance company (Aviva) had no response.

Absolute nightmare! They are worse than Kings Mutual if that is possible. Unprofessional and useless.....as many have said....RUN from these folks! They are incompetent and have ZERO customer service skills!

This company is by far the absolute worst company I had to deal with yet. I've had three insurance claims through these guys and You can't get ahold of anyone just goes to voicemail. Left message after message but no calls back, I was left in the dark for the whole process. I had to find out from other companys they were dealing with to find out what was going on with my car. STOP and use a different company!! It will save you so much stress this place was awful.
