Thank you Kris for the fast and efficient service.I noticed one of the marquis diamonds/claws was lose on my diamond band. I was in a bit of a panic because I was wanting my ring repaired quickly for a special function I was attending in 2 days. I called the store and his lovely wife told me about Kris’s jewellery repair experience. She made me feel secure and trust in his work. So I brought in 2 of my diamond rings, one to be repaired the other to have claws checked/repaired also. The next I day received call to say both rings were ready.He did an amazing job on both my diamond rings....looking brand new again!They also gave me suggestions for different types of gems that would look beautiful in my semi-prong setting ring that I brought in to show them.Thanks again

Beautiful jewelry!!! The owners are very nice and personable, answer any questions you have without hesitation. Fiancé went in looking for something specific and Kris had no problem at all making what we wanted. And the prices much better than your chain jewelry store. Support local!!!

Both people there were incredibly knowledgeable in helping me find the perfect engagement ring. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy anything that I didn't feel right about either. Not to mention the quick turn around time for ring resizes. They took care of everything and I couldn't be happier (outside of the engagement)!

The ring was completed quickly and professionally to ensure I was able to pick it up on a tight timeline. Not only did Kris craft the most beautiful engagement ring for us, he also went out of his way to repair and improve my old jewelry. He repaired a necklace that broke last year and returned it clean and in pristine condition. He also was able to find a match to my chain necklace I purchased years ago and extended it to my liking. I examined the chain and can not distinguish between the new and old chain links. Thank you for the fantastic work and genuinely kind service provided.

Update from March 2023-I returned on March 18th to have my engagement ring fixed (ring not purchased at Kris Jewellers), purchase new earring backings, as well as to replace a missing stone from another ring. I dropped my items off just before closing on Saturday and they were ready on Monday. Incredible service from both Kris and his wife. The quoted price ended up being much lower than anticipated (bonus). I cannot even tell which ruby was replaced in the ring (see pic). Note that the ring was purchased from another store. Highly recommend Kris Jewllers. I will definitely be back!‐---------‐‐------I have waited over 2 years to find a reputable jeweller to repair my engagement ring. Kris Jewellers came highly recommended on a local Facebook group. Kris and his wife were warm and welcoming upon my arrival. I was so impressed that all of the work is performed on site by Kris. He found another problem with my ring and contacted me right away and sent a text showing additional damage and a minor change in the additional quote provided to me. The price was extremely reasonable and I was never so surprised to have my ring back within 4 hours. They have a beautiful selection of jewellery in their display cases as well. Highly recommend Kris Jewellers and I will be returning for additional jewellery needs. Thanks again!

We had my custom engagement ring and wedding band made by Kris, and he nailed it! Kris is very knowledgeable and made sure to answer all of our questions, explaining the actual process behind making and setting the ring. It was nice to be dealing directly with him, the goldsmith, instead of someone who doesn't know as much about the process. We had a wedding band that we wanted to repurpose, and Kris was able to use the diamonds for my new wedding band and gave us credit for the gold. He delivered exactly what we wanted in record time and I am so in love with my rings! Kris and Asha are super friendly and personable, and it was a pleasure to go through this process with them. We put our trust in Kris and we were not disappointed! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom ring!

Excellent shop. I've been to a few places in the past to get my jewellery fixed and I will never have to find a new store again. Amazing owners who really care about the results and your experience. They helped my fiancé customize a ring. They have gone above and beyond to help me with my wedding ring choice and sizing concerns. Would recommend to anyone. I've already brought in a few pieces for repair and results are perfect.
