Andrew and Arseny did a wonderful job installing our entry door and we absolutely love it!! Andrew took time to answer all my questions over several phone conversations, emails and texts and was always friendly and professional. He offered many different door styles and options for hardware, and we decided finally on a classic black panel door with a multi point lock, and brass lever that matches our interior door levers.We also felt confident knowing he would do a very good quality installation using proper methods, not cutting corners. He put up a heavy cloth barrier that kept the cold air from blowing through the house, as the installation took place in January.He swept up the sawdust afterwards off the porch and took away all the debris.I will definitely hire Andrew again and I highly recommend him for a top notch door installation. Wow! Working with Andrew has been a fantastic experience from beginning to end! I first reached out to Andrew about two years ago with a vision in mind for a new front door, but no idea of the cost. Andrew answered my inquiry quickly, spoke at length with me about the door, and provided a quote.When I reached out a year after the initial quote, ready to get the project started, Andrew was once again quick to answer, very friendly, informative, and helpful. The entire process was great – we went back and forth multiple times getting the design just right, he would provide drawings of the different styles so that I could visualize the difference (small details like which size bevel to get), and he was incredibly responsive!Once the design was decided and everything went into production, Andrew was great at keeping us informed. It was a long process, as most things in the construction world are these days, and he would reach out with updates without being asked – alternatively, if I messaged him a question about anything he was always quick to answer with a friendly, informative response.Finally, the best part! Our door installation! The door itself is absolutely gorgeous, and exactly what we had envisioned. Andrew is someone who takes great pride in his craft and pays incredible attention to detail – the install was not an easy one, but he was able to troubleshoot and the final result is absolutely stunning. Plus, the door itself opens and closes smoothly, and we no longer have cold air coming in through the seal!I cannot recommend Lusso Design enough! My husband and I loved that we were dealing with Andrew the whole time – from the design all the way to the installation, he was the one doing the work. His price was incredibly reasonable, he went above and beyond to make sure we got the door that we had in mind, and we really appreciated his attention to detail. Andrew has a genuine appreciation for his craft, and it’s easy to tell when you view his work. Our door turned out better than we expected since our home does not have a main entrance, and we did not want to come home and walk through the garage door. We got our front door installed by Andrew last year. We are very happy with the outcome. We had a bit of malfunction with the construction of the door it self from the manufacturer. After issue was raised with Andrew, he promptly contacted the manufacturer and ordered a replacement.
