Open minded, core fundamentals, fantastic environment for learning the martial arts of you're just a beginner or an advanced student looking to broaden their understanding of the art. Picard Sensei is both am amazing teacher and a great friend. You will 100% have a good time on and of the dojo floor! Just be sure to fully commit yourself and come out for at least 6 months, come in and try it out or tell your friends/family of you think they may be interested.MAKE SURE TO CHECK OUT THE QI GONG (I'm not joking here, this will change your life)
