Was gifted a 270 dollar gift card for Soma East so I booked a lash tint and lift. The tech I had was rude and did not explain what she was doing after I asked, and multiple times went on her phone mid appointment. Manager followed up with me and told me I would not be booked with her next time and apologized, all good. Next appointment was booked- they gave me the same tech so I asked for a new one as that's what they told me last time. They offered for me to go to a different location. Manager spoke with me again today and got upset at me during the call, told me nothing she said is going to make me happy" because I asked her to return the remainder of the giftcard.Really disappointing and unprofessional 100% could have and should have been handled better."

I've been to Soma East for many massages and pedicures. It's always very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Getting in and out is always very efficient, with excellent service and friendly staff. I am always happy with my pedicures and massages. In fact, I recently had a shellac pedi elsewhere that was terribly done. They cleaned it all up and made it look great with vinyl polish within an hour. I'll keep coming back to this location.

First time to have a therapeutic massage in this spa and my RMT is Kaitlyn. I think this is one of the best places to go for relaxing. The spa clinic is more spacious, well designed from reception up to the massage room. The massage room is also big and relaxing, so if you are a little bit claustrophobic, this will be your comfy place. And of course, overall experience will depend on your RMT and Kaitlyn did really great job! Felt really well after the massage. Even I live in the South-West end of the city, I would love to book and go back to this Spa clinic with her again! :)

I absolutely loved my visit here. After dealing with such a horror show at another nail salon I was extremely stressed about going to another but this salon was incredibly inviting and I felt at ease and listened to the entire time. It was very clean and tidy. I enjoyed a nice cold drink. The wonderful service was great. I would highly recommend this salon. They are all such great staff.
