My grandson and I recently stayed at Robert's B&B for 2 nights while we attended the Abbotsford Air Show . The show was great but our stay at Robert's B&B was the best ! Accommodations are clean , spacious and extremely comfortable . The next time we visit it will be to fish with Robert who is a professional guide and has the best looking boat and fishing equipment I've seen . I give this B&B a 5 Star !

Came for a relaxing cozy time away from the busy city life. Campfires at night were spent telling fishing stories and meeting fellow guests. Robert our fishing guide introduced us to the fantastic joy of reeling in giant 100 year old dinosaur sturgeons. I caught and released a 6 footer & my friend caught an 8 footer! Good times. We will be back. Robert & Kasha are super hosts!

Owner of this lodge has terrible hospitality. This man is a conniving evil person. It’s a beautiful location but highly recommend staying anywhere else. Host is extremely untrustworthy don’t stay here. Also fishing the Here is beautiful but stergon fishing takes patience and a long time. This man does tours and I’ll tell you now you don’t want to spend more than 2 hours on a boat with this man.

Robert took us out for a sturgeon trip end of September on the Fraser and the experience exceeded all of our expectations. He was AWESOME, extremely knowledgeable, and we bagged 5 fish, including an 8 foot behemouth! Was an amazing experience, would definitely recommend for anybody that wants to get out and have an awesome day fishing, regardless of experience level with fishing (us four didn't have a clue what we were doing!).

All I can say is thank you, thank you THANK YOU!!!Robert and Brenda made our quick visit a true highlight of our BC vacation from Austin TX.Communications were perfect and check in as easy as it gets. Super comfy beds with tons of pillows for every preference. Nothing short of Southern hospitality as we were invited to both brunch and dinner. If you are real lucky, as we were, you might catch Brenda making the best pies I've ever had.The beautiful beach with incredible water is literally a one minute walk and there was plenty of areas to relax in both sun and shade. I highly suggest taking a left at the beach entrance and heading towards and under the bridge for a very secluded area.A short stroll will take you to the old historical Kilby General Store and longer walks along the dyke were perfect for giving an overall scenic download.Loved, loved the peaceful kayaking adventure as well.Do yourself a favor and enquire about the sunset private beach option with a boat ride and picnic...it truly was one of our favourite experiences of our whole trip.I tip my cowboy hat in great appreciation for Brenda and Robert giving us such awesome, life long memories. Cheers and see you again for sure, as I'm coming back with my Sturgeon fishing license and taking you up on that tour!!!!

What an amazing place to stay when you want to get away from the busy city life. Decided to give this place a try on our way to Vancouver Island from Edmonton AB. Both Brenda and Robert were fantastic hosts and made us feel right at home. The house was very clean and beds were very comfortable with the softest sheets. The house is located 2 minutes away from the beach and river where you can go swimming and the whole area is very down to earth and peaceful that we decided to stay there again on our way back to Edmonton. This time we took advantage of the kayaks and spent some time kayaking on the river. The scenery is absolutely breath taking. Even saw an eagle just feet away from us catch a fish. As I travelled with children Robert and Brenda made sure there were little treats for them as well. Will for sure be going back there in the future. Thanks Kilby Lodge.

We recently contracted for exterior maintenance work at the Kilby Bed and Breakfast we decided to enjoy the accommodations and other amenities while there. What a beautiful place and the hospitality was outstanding!! Excellent location for that full on great Canadian outdoor wilderness experience close to anywhere on the Fraser Valley, and a prime fishing location with access to world renowned holes all from one boat launch right at the door. We also rented kayaks and did some fly casting near the hatchery where the eagle/bird-viewing was outstanding. Darcy is a charming host and the family that was also staying there enjoyed a quality time experience from what we could tell - while watching them on the stunning beach when working on the roof. We highly recommend a visit if you want a great escape very close to home... RS

Just back home in California from a wonderful stay at the Kilby Bed & Breakfast. We stayed there with friends from New York to enjoy a wedding celebration in the area. We are so happy we booked our stay at the Kilby Bed & Breakfast. The location is great with picture perfect views from every window. What views we also enjoyed while walking the trail along the river just steps away from the house. Great area for walking, biking, or just relaxing on your favorite deck. I want to thank Darcy one more time for his awesome home made breakfast each morning with the enjoyment of great conversations. We felt at home from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The accommodations were perfect! What memories we will keep and share!!!

Stayed here for 3 nights while fishing the Fraser and Harrison. Owners are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Place clean, comfortable and we were made to instantly feel at home and there was all the things you need if you are self catering. Was great having a few beers and cooking sausages on the camp fire. The area is very remote so would recommend having access to a car if not its a 20min walk to off license and pub/restaurant.

Went sturgeon fishing with the host Robert he is a great fisherman/guide. He is down to earth and very friendly and respectful. Next time I stay in Chilliwack I will be staying at his bed and breakfast and will defiantly book 2 days fishing with him. Thank-you Robert from my family and I. We look forward to seeing you again we just got home and are planning our next trip out there !
