Extremely disappointing service. I’ve been a loyal customer for the last few months moving into the area thinking this was my go to. Expect Late appointments or double booking in which you miss your appointment or it gets cancelled. They don’t offer a manicure when getting your nails done which makes 0 sense, and they get upset if you ask them to fix a minor detail in your nails. Wouldn’t recommend but check out unique nails!!! They’re great x

I could not be happier with the customer service here, I’m even always given a nice hot drink. Ivy did these nails, and every time she does an incredible job, making sure I’m happy with my nails and she couldn’t be nicer, her level of service is definitely above most. Highly recommend this salon.

Excellent service!!! Christine was very thorough and took her time while I sat in her chair getting my pedi. Two weeks later and my polish hasn’t chipped.

I can't believe I'm actually looking at my own nails... Ivy did such an incredible job giving me beach nails with shellac and little add ons like glitter and shells. It's incredible!

I don’t like to write bad reviews but here it is. I came in last minute for a mani , pedi on a mid afternoon Friday. I used to come here regularly before they changed ownership prior to Covid . Everyone was very pleasant so customer service was not an issue .The duo doing my mani / pedi were nice but clearly very green in terms of experience. The person doing my nails tore my cuticles apart and they were left swollen and now they are full of hangnails and shredded skin.As a result , I only tipped 15% and will not be coming back .There are 6 plus salons in this small pocket of Lawrence Park. We are not lacking here. Lesson learned. I won’t return.

Really disappointed by the quality of the bio gel set that I got done yesterday. I did a regular pedicure which was great but my nails look super mediocre for the amount of money that I spent. It’s a bit unclear in the photos but there are uneven parts on the gel and shellac once it dried. I also asked for matte with shiny tips but the tips are done so poorly, some of my nails have shiny parts dripping down my nails. Overall my experience at this location of Sixth Sense was disappointing. I prefer the Vaughn location.

asked about acyrilic nails and mentioned never had experience before, they recommended bio gel but did not warn about painful heating process.I ended up with two wounded fingers; one plucked to bled and other one’s cuticle filed with the machine.No architectural correction; all nails are flat and some are more square than others.I had chosen a metallic shade and got a non metallic one without warning, very disrespectful.

Really happy with my Shellac Pedicure and Manicure. Amy and Jane were both very nice and expert in their job. They asked me if I’m happy with every single finger! The salon was also very clean and in a tip top condition. Highly recommended.
