Observed a clearly marked IMT truck traveling in Ontario on the eastbound highway 401 between London and Woodstock. The driver was 20 km/h over the posted speed limit, clearly not speed limited. The night time road conditions were extremely poor due to heavy snowfall causing poor visibility and slippery roads. The driver tailgated traffic and flashed their headlights and honked their horn to get other traffic to move out of the way. The truck repeatedly used the inside lane of the highway that is prohibited to commercial motor vehicles.Drivers' behaviour on the road is a direct reflection of their employer's training and policies. There is a reasonable chance that this truck will end up rolled over in a ditch this evening with their customer's load destroyed. I would not recommend anyone trusting their freight to such reckless carriage.
