Called around 10:15 today from Toronto, asking if I could book a pickup. I was told to call when I arrived because it's a small town. I called three times on arrival and was hung up on three times. What's the point in telling someone wanting to use your service to call if you aren't going to answer?One star is one star more than this business deserves.EDIT: The owner responded to my post after *only* seven months, which I think is telling. Also, I was NOT in Timmins. I was in Cochrane when I called.

Terrible customer service… told me to F off after I tried to tell them it was the wrong address. I’d rather walk then use this service.

Just like the name says, they really are there in a FLASH. I'd like to thank the driver for getting some chores done. And would like to say choose flash in Cochrane, it's the best choice in town. Chimo taxi, thanks for leaving me in the ice cold weather, luckily my blood runs cold.

I called this company to take my family and I to the train station. When the driver arrived he started saying he would not take the dog. We were unaware of this as we have taken the dog with us many times. He said it could come in a carrier but how would that help with allergies. My husband walked the dog. But I found the driver so rude. He never even said bye to me or my young daughter. He just kept picking hair off his clothes. I was not impressed with his customer service.

I have only had two experiences with Flash taxi: One of their drivers giving the finger to another local taxi as they drove by (I was in the taxi they flipped off... with 5 children who were pretty upset that someone did that to them), and being tailgated in town (to the extent that when I slowed down for one of the almighty Cochrane potholes the driver had to swerve to avoid running into me).Staggeringly unprofessional.

Taxi driver threatened to call police when roommate didn't have money in her account that was suppose to be sent by OW. I understand being upset about the situation but threatening to call the cops is pretty drastic. Thank God her worker came out and paid and dealt with the driver. Obviously you need to learn some people skills. Won't be using this company anymore that's for sure

The service was not that bad, when me and my mom lived in Cochrane we took Flash Co to get Groceries or to the Train Station it wasn't that bad.
