Très grand fournisseur de produits horticole mais aussi, en ce qui me concerne, pour le domaine de la gestion parasitaire ( autrement dit l'extermination ). Vendeurs toujours très gentil et professionnel et toujours a l'écoute de nos besoins, en particulier notre vendeur attitré la gestion parasitaire M. André Bigras. Merci André de être la pour nous.

Bon service à la clientèle, très professionnels, vendeurs très gentils. Grande place avec beaucoup de matériels et produits pour la gestion parasitaire et encore plus de produit pour le jardins et autres.

I called today for something simple and the basically told me that I needed to place an order and come back in a few days so we can prepare it. I need a piece of plastic poly 29 inches wides by 200 feet long. I spent more time arguing with the person about how about having it ready in a few hours because I ll be in laval today. An hour drive from where my nursery is. He basically told that s the way it is we re too busy. Something that takes five minutes to cut needs a few days to prepare. This doesn t make any sense. First of all you can t be treating people in the horticulture business this way because our time is limited. We barely have time to take a break. We operate our greenhouses seven days s week and they have no clue the hours we put in. I could cut the plastic myself if they would let me. I went online and found the product on Amazon but because I don t want to buy from a big corporation I called a few friends. They told me they had a piece. They also said stay away from Teris. They treat you like a number now with a take it or leave it approach .Oh well their prices are always too high anyway compared to the competitors It s unfortunate that after 25 years of going to buy what I need from them it doesn t really matter. I wonder if the employees there have any idea why they have grown to such a large company in the first place. It s the loyalty from clients like myself that makes the difference. . I m going out of my way to drive an hour to get something simple. They can take five minutes and do the same. Making it difficult for a client is not necessary. I hope there s someone there that will call an apologize . I m not holding my breath.If this could happen to me it will happen to anyone else that goes there. Don t expect good service from Teris any longer. It s only about the $$$$$ .This is bad business especially in these times.
