Exceptional service on my 10 year old Toro snow blower. Randy personally picked up my Toro within hours of the call and returned it the next day. It is set up to factory specs and runs like new. Detail & care is what really makes a business great! I noticed the tech even replaced some screws (I had makeshift ones ) on the plastic covers with OEM ones. Thank you to all staff there!

Had a great conversation with the owner Randy regarding snowblowers, water pumps, lawnmowers, and just about anything. Very honest and knowledgeable. Seems to run a great business built on quality and customer service focus. Update: purchased new Toro snowblower (Power Max 928OAE HD). Keith was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding what to buy.

I'm disappointed with their communication. I called scheduling a pickup before Xmas and I was told over the phone that it costs $30 and it would be deducted from the services if any services was needed.They executed the services in a couple of days and delivered the snowblower back without calling me to provide a quote and get my approval.I got the invoice two weeks later and was charged $80 for delivery/pickup on top of the pieces and labour. Not happy for the lack of transparency. Would not recommend.

I had a great experience here despite the fact that they didn't have the item I was looking for. They offered to order it for me but as I was in a hurry to get the part they then offered to look up other stores that may carry the product I was looking for. I love the family vibe I got here and the down home feel in the city. They really went above to get me what I was looking for I would definitely reccomend coming here for any parts your looking for. Thanks again for the hospitality!

Worst Customer service I ever had, the old lady at the desk look she doesn't like her job she doesn't want to work. I had to do research for her and it took me 30 seconde to find the part number on internet. They overprice their parts. If I compare parts on the Toro website they are selling 3 times the price. Last time Im doing business with them.
