It has exactly the same taste, same look and the same smell like in Shanghai. if you go there you will love the food. This is one of the specialty of the chef, it’s called “sheng jien “

The taste of Shanghai, the taste of home. the most satisfied meal during our family's stay in Montreal (we're from Shanghai). My kids said it's truly a CNY fest for us :-)

It is a shady kitchen that I saw. The food is okay. It tastes like the food that my uncle made. But I expected much more from a restaurant. The price is very expensive and the portion of each dish is so little. Overall, I am disappointed.

Sooooooo delicious, and authentic Shanghainese foooood! I’ve been to Shanghainese places in New York, but this place is always the best Shanghainese restaurant on my list. The owner has high standards for her choice of ingredients and condiment, very pleased each time we come here. Make sure you call them in advance to pre-order food, so they can tell you the availability and have more time to prepare. As we all know, good food comes with patience!

Very authentic Shanghai food, loved the fish there. The restaurant is run by a nice couple. We visited without calling and the choice of dishes are quite limited (still very quick and taste good), so make sure to call ahead.

The portion is amazing, owners are so incredibly kind, shrimp are cooked perfectly (not overcooked like other places!!). They also have a great selection of to-go sauces which many places don’t have. (I already ate 1/4 of my food in the picture)

We especially enjoyed the soup dumplings handmade by the owner. Also, we enjoyed the authentic shanghai flavours!
