Called them out of the blue and was helped and received by a friendly and helpful staff. Parts department and reception staff were friendly and helpful. My 3yo son wanted to touch everything and they were very patient and tolerant. If this is how nice they treat a stranger I imagine a customer feels like family.

I really appreciated the great service, advice and time Paul took to help me with my scooter choice. I was able to test drive the different models and he is very knowledgeable and explained clearly the advantages and disadvantages of each one. I really felt that they are passionate about what they do and gave me great customer service, and I will go back for servicing and anything else I need for my scooter. !!!!

Visited for service. Scooter was repaired on time and as promised. Received help to load and unload scooter from/to trailer. Employee Anne had great communication during transaction.Scooter was not cleaned prior to my picking it up, contrary to what was marked on the bill. Would still recommend,

I wouldn't trust this place to do an oil change, they charged me money for nothing and they don't even know what was my bikes problem. Worse experience i ever had!

Very difficult to make an appointment. Service manager is an a-hole. Their staff badmouth other companies when in reality they are the ones with the poor service and lack of attention to detail. The lady that answers the phone has no idea what each service consists of. They need to hire someone with more experience and actual knowledge of motorcycles.

The people in the service department cannot give a straight answer on how much it will cost to do a specific repair on my Vespa. They simply pointed to the chalkboard that said $109/hour but wouldn't commit to a set amount of time to do a common repair. This leads me to believe that they would take advantage of a woman or minority who does not understand Vespa mechanics. I ended up taking my scooter to another repair place further away because I could not trust these people. I would highly recommend that you get an upfront quote before leaving your Vespa with this shop.

Beware of dishonest sales tactics. Called them up for some info on a bike which I never ended up getting because the salesman wouldn't answer my questions. Instead, he kept referring me to a more expensive model saying the one I want isn't suitable for me. Won't let you talk, aggressive demeanor, just generally a poor first impression. Went to Excel, and wow what a difference.
