My relatively new refrigerator was building up ice in the fresh food section. Drew showed up as promised and was quick to diagnose two possible causes, one a simple fix and the other requiring a part replacement. He was also honest in having me consider the cost of repair vs. the cost of a new refrigerator. Ugh, our throw-away economy! He was able to do the simple fix at the time of diagnosis and all has been well since.I definitely will call Drew the next time I need appliance repair.

Drew was very responsive. Actually called me back unlike some of his competition. We were able to schedule an appointment. He was even able to come a little bit earlier which he checked with me first if it was ok. Fixed the issue in no time. Very professional and easy going. You can tell he actually cares about doing a great job and makes sure you are happy with the work. From my one time dealing with him I highly recommend him. Very reasonable price as well.

Extremely happy with the service! Drew fixed my front loading washing machine. He quickly determined what was wrong, what part was needed and repaired the washer for a very reasonable price. Don't bother calling anyone else...he's the best repairman I've ever used. Prompt, respectful, knowledgeable and all at a reasonable cost. For what more could you ask? He even remembered the name of my cat! Thanks, Drew!

Drew was ahead of schedule and arrived early to the job. Very friendly & professional. Gave us great advice & helped finish a repair we got stuck on. Very reasonably priced and worth it. Glad to know a good repair person in town in case we have issues with other appliances!

I was very impressed. Drew was very helpful and has the type of customer service skills that are severely lacking among most tradespeople. Helt Appliance Repair is clearly in business for the long run and not trying to make a quick buck. I mentioned that I had worked on our dishwasher before and he offered to give me the part number I needed if I wanted to save some money by fixing it myself. Amazing! We had Helt fix it and it was worth every penny.

Seriously, what a lovely human! Drew was super responsive, communicative, professional, and kind. Upon first contact he took all the information about our oven and set up a day and time to come out. When he got here, he changed into his house shoes (SO precious!), and got to work. He found the problem in a matter of minutes and resolved it quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be calling again if I have another faulty appliance. 10/10 would recommend!!

Drew showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about repairing our dishwasher. He gave a very affordable estimate. Plus he had the parts in his van. Also worked with me to get proper information to my home warranty company!!Thanks to Drew our dishwasher is working like new again.Will be calling him for any appliance repairs in the future.ThanksDave
