They may have decent quality products and ok prices but their customer service is terrible, just the worst. Forget about asking questions or looking for advice, you're going to be treated like an idiot. Had the same kind of experience during two visits, a year apart.

After visiting a few places Lanctot still has one of the biggest selection and variety. From hard wood floors, vinyl, tiles, marble you name it. I am pretty sure if you do not find what you want here you will probably not find it anywhere else! I got beyond amazing service from Marc-Olivier! Could not ask for more!Before visiting any other store make sure you stop by this family owned business!

They are only helpful until they rip you off. Installation is a disgrace and then they blame you so they won't have to correct their mistake. Run from them!!!
