When Dan promptly showed up to provide us with a quote and some recommendations, we immediately felt at ease. Finding quotes from companies and knowing what’s a good price is difficult enough, but on top of that, worrying about the workmanship afterwards makes the entire process stressful. Thankfully Dan had the experience and patience to walk us through the entire process step-by-step and that put us at ease.We thought the estimate was fair and there were no surprises or changes when it came to the final price.They have a good sized crew who worked quickly but carefully. Tony and his Crew were very professional and checked in with us often to ensure that we were happy with each phase of the project. They happily adjusted the patio design on the fly as well (before the concrete was poured). More importantly, Tony was very picky when it came to ensuring that the patio worked with grading of property and that that it would be completed as if it was his own home.Overall it was a great experience and we are extremely happy with the work they did. We definitely recommend hiring Azores Concrete Ltd and will use them again!

Tony, Dan and the rest of the crew did an amazing job on our backyard. They were everything I looked for in a good construction crew: fast, good quality, friendly and very honest about the work they were doing. I would highly recommend Concrete Azores LTD to anyone looking for beautiful concrete for their house.

I used Concrete Azores in 2020 to have my porch and front steps done using aggregate and stamped concrete. They did a good job, though the railings were not removed before pouring the concrete as agreed with Lucas, Tony's son. The job was completed by the end of October 2020. In March of 2021, I noticed a crack on the stamped concrete at the side of the porch. I contacted the company and Dan reached out to me. In July of 2021, they sent Alex to fix the problem, but he left without doing the work saying that he didn't have the right concrete colour. Beginning of November, Tony and Dan came to patch the crack. I texted message Dan saying that the colour didn't match and enclosed pictures. On March of 2022, I had a worse crack than before. Communication with them was very poor. Dan took his time to reply, but when he did it was always without dates to have the problem resolved. Finally, he said they would be here by the end of June or first week of July. They needed to redo the stamp in order to fix the problem. Not a single message or call and so far no one has showed up. In sum, be careful with this company. If there is a problem with their work, they just don't want to take responsibility to fix it. I have to hire another company to fix their bad work.

I used Concrete Azores for my house exposed aggregate and recommended them to 3 other places of my friends and family and within 6 months the steps they made cracked and since then I have just been chasing them. Not using them again ever!!

Tony and the crew of Azores concrete were absolutely amazing. The design was stunning along with the finish. Tony was so easy to deal with and his staff were so polite, punctual and clean. An all around great experience. Thanks guys amazing job and can’t wait til next year to get my driveway done

Concrete work was decent but the quality of finishing is not good at all.Bullnose on the steps and on the well in front of the window was what we asked for, they did the bullnose on the steps but didn't do it on the well and told us that it can't be done...I went around the neighborhood and multiple people have a bullnose on the well. The bullnose on the step was also missing an edge when they pulled the forms and they patched it with a lump of cement that sticks out like a sore thumb.The stamped borders looked like they were done in a hurry and look more like rough cement than nicely stamped concrete. The black stamped borders are already turning gray in areas and it's only been about a month. They also sealed the black borders with bird poop still on (he clearly told us not to worry about the poop) so now we are left with multiple patches of bird poop under the sealer.Left us with concrete thrown around the yard and also along the edge of the new driveway, that we had to dig and remove ourselves.Messaged Danny multiple times and he only says he will come by to have a look, but I know he ain't coming.The project sorely lacked attention to detail and overall I am not very pleased. Only time will tell how well they did the concrete work.

I had a disappointing experience with Concrete Azores. While the team seemed friendly, communication was difficult and the work was completed in a rushed manner, which resulted in a subpar outcome.My project was scheduled for late August/early September but was pushed back to November without adequate updates. I had to constantly follow up with Danny for months just to get an estimate of when the work would begin. It seems that they tend to deprioritize backup customers" like myself.When the work was finally completed

This company did my neighbors house along with other homes on the street. These guys have no regard for the other property! When I confronted they said they will come back to fix. It’s been 2 weeks, I know they’re not coming back. My advice is to hold money until they fix everything including your neighbors lawn. They even left a pile of concrete on my side along the side of the house. Very unprofessional. I would stay away

Our project was delayed due to the weather and demand but it was worth the wait.However, when the team started our job they only focused on our job and fully completed it right to the end.Fully satisfied and recommend Azores Concrete.Thank you Tony and Crew for the fantastic work!We will defiantly be calling you for our next project.
