Update April 2023Love BK in general for good food at great value. Definitely the best prices and value of any fast food burger places, especially when you use the app for the deals. Plus they will sub out the beyond meat Patty on any burger for the same price!!This location has always provided great service and has always got our order perfect!Original ReviewCan't beat the 2 for $6 chicken sandwich or whopper tail gate..

Went to grab a bite as we usually do once or twice a week. Says that they close at 8:00pm on boxing day. Showed up 20 after 7. Multiple printed signs at drive thru and at each door. No-one working. One person walking around oblivious when tried to get attention. Finally came to address issue when saw me taking pictures. He came out yelling I know what the sign says but i changed it online" (Facebook

I eat here anywhere from 4 to 7 or 8 times a week and lately they've returned to their old standard of not giving you what you've ordered and paid for at least 75 percent of the time. I've made complaints and been given reassurance that this won't happen again but sure enough it does. It seems their only consistency is consistently ripping you off. Its getting really old and it's not just me that thinks so. Its not particle physics or rocket science so why is it so difficult?

I was there on June 3rd, 2023. A manger and staff member were arguing while we were eating our meal, it was very uncomfortable. The managers name was Arsh I believe, ive been there before and hes a terrible manager, always rude to staff.

The store was clean, staff was friendly etc etc etc.I honestly dislike this type of food, find it not nutritionally worth what any fast food joint charges. I only stopped here because I was entertaining my grandson for the weekend, so we fed him here to take advantage of the play area.The play area was clean.My only real complaint would be (and I'm sure it's the same at each Burger King) would be the menu screen, which changes, and I'm trying to read it through a piece of plexiglass which was put up to protect the staff from Covid 19 years ago. The plexiglass has a glare, the font on the screen is small for someone without 20-20 and very difficult to navigate. Honestly I bought just a whopper for myself . So did my wife. No fries, no drink as I couldn't see prices. Grandson got an equivalent of a happy meal at McDonalds. The menu has to be a bit more easy to read.Food again was acceptable for fast food. Wait time was minimal, it wasn't cold.

Customer service is meh,Usually I go in and pick up our order, but really didn’t feel like driving, so ordered through door dash (who did great and nothing wrong)Got our order and it was not correct to what we ordered, so I called Burger King, and their solution was, just come in…. We ordered door dash because we didn’t want to tonight, Or contact door dash and see if they can come backFirst off, it’s not door dashes fault you guys messed up, second we ordered through them because we didn’t want to,Burger King thought maybe giving us more nuggets would be acceptable, that’s not right, those got tossed, a gift card or something would have been acceptable,Ps, 30 cold nuggets isn’t a solution, you need to be able to contact door dash to be able to fix your own screw ups, and not leave it up to the customer to fix your problems.

Very dysfunctional… come to the window to pay and the supervisor or manager is yelling at staff, staff are arguing, and the cashier has her head down (on top of our order) crying on top of it. We just left after sitting there for 3-5 minutes watching this scene unfold and no one acknowledging us. Honestly unreal and have never experienced something like this before anywhere.

Friendly Staff. I've never had issues in the years I've been coming here and always feel like a valued customer. It's very convenient that you can order on your phone and just pull up to the drive thru. I like looking at the menu before I set sail. I would recommend coming here to get something tasty to eat. I will be coming back!

I appreciate this restaurant still having a play place. A lot of restaurants have removed them. My kids had a blast, killed 2 hours!It was also kept clean. Thanks Burger King Strathroy!
