Awesome customer service, friendly staff, and they know their products. I've been in other Source stores on Vancouver Island and on the mainland around Vancouver and this store is head and shoulders above them all. Keep up the great work.

Great customer service! I had trouble charging my iPad so I went and bought a new cable but when that cable didn’t work either the employee helped me troubleshoot the problem in the store! They went above and beyond. Thank you!

This store is the go to in Qualicum Beach for all your electronic needs. More importantly, Emily goes way out of her way to help. She truly cares about each and every customer that enters her store. Scott is a fantastic tech. He'll fix your computer and even does house calls. He will go above and beyond to fix you up. Customer service has gone wayside in so many places in recent years, until you open the door of The Source in Qualicum.

Bought a iPad for $480 . Disappointed that there is no in store warranty so after you pay , you deal with Apple. Even if you get home and it doesn’t work. 2nd The guy that served me was grumpy and didn’t seem to want to be there . 3rd after paying my $480 I could see it was pouring rain so I asked for a bag . The grumpy guy said it will cost me another 25 cents. After spending $480 he wouldn’t even give me a bag to protect my purchase . I gave him a quarter from my pocket . No customer appreciation at all . Sad .
